Player Registration Forms

Player registration forms for the 2008-9 season are available for those teams that have registered to join the Garforth Junior Football League.
Once team affiliations are recieved and accepted, forms will be sent to the Club Secretary.
Therefore Managers are asked to contact their Club Secretary for forms and not the Player Registration Secretary.

NOTES: A player may not be registred after 31st March of the current season.
To be eligible to play, players MUST be registered at least 7 days prior to the fixure.
