Player Registration forms
If you require any additional player registration forms please can you ensure you send a SAE to Peter Griffiths for their return.
Don’t forget that each team received plenty at the start of the season so it’s worth asking within your cllub if one of the other managers has any forms left since very few teams have registered their maximum number of players.
Un-registered players …. Important message from Peter Griffiths
With the league due to commence on the 13th September there are still a lot of teams that still have not registered a single player please note the following message from Peter Griffiths, the league’s player registration secretary:
In order to play on Sunday 13 September 2009 all the above Clubs will have to have their players registered by Sunday 6 September 2009. However League rules state that the League will only guarantee that registration forms received by 31 August 2009 will be processed in time for the first game of the season. Those received after 31 August will be processed in order of receipt but no guarantee that the players will be registered for the start of the season can be given. I will however do my utmost to register all the players whose forms I have received by Sunday 6 September.
Player Registrations – PLEASE SEND IN ASAP
With only 4 weeks to the start of the season only 25% of teams have registered any players.
To save Peter Griffiths having to process the registrations 24 hours a day at the end of August please can you send your player registrations in to him AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
If you are “waiting for the final few” send the rest in and send the final few later …. it all helps Peter to get through the registrations quicker and will ensure your players are available to play in the first match of the season.
Player Registration Forms
Player registration forms for the 2008-9 season are available for those teams that have registered to join the Garforth Junior Football League.
Once team affiliations are recieved and accepted, forms will be sent to the Club Secretary.
Therefore Managers are asked to contact their Club Secretary for forms and not the Player Registration Secretary.
